(1) opening available only until 4/15! $90 will hold this site until
remaining cost is due.

Exclusive rally use of the spacious
clubhouse & kitchen.

An easy walk to the sandy ocean beach.
Remaining rally cost:
$264.96
This will cover your final
2-nights site payment *$84.96 (*$1.52 correction to cover tax), $20 per
coach rally fee for breakfast items, supplies, firewood, etc. and (2)
jet boat tickets, $160.
Payment due:
To meet our payment schedule, please pay anytime between now and
May 15, at the latest. Check is to be made out to NWTFC
Treasurer and mailed to our address below.
Itinerary:
8/20

Noon to 5 pm
arrival. Post “Window ID” and wear ID badges (temp. badges available).

Your Welcome Bag
will contain lots of rally & local information, hiking maps, 15%-off
coupon for
Spinners Restaurant,
etc. Continental breakfast menu and any daily announcement will be
posted at the clubhouse.
·
4 pm social at
clubhouse . . . fresh popcorn – bring your beverage -- & snacks to share
if you wish. 5 pm, finger foods potluck at clubhouse. Bring table
service for each meal.

Noon or 12:30. Will post menu.

Following
lunch, we can head out on Jerry’s Flat Road, skirting the Roque River
for 10 miles to (2) recommended Forest Service trails. Any tow can
handle the drive. Myrtle
Tree Trail
-- a short, moderate incline through old-growth forest to one of the
world’s largest known myrtlewood trees-- and the
Shrader Old-growth Trail,
under-a-mile loop, interpretive walk among majestic fir & cedar.
· Dinner
on your own.

– 9:30 p.m. campfire. Bring your beverage and happy face.

Rogue Jets
tour (104 mi. roundtrip) (www.jerrysroguejets.com)
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (will carpool as necessary). Dress (layered). Two
rest stops. Our group will be in two boats and will stop together at
Singing Springs Resort
in Agness for a fine lunch buffet (Optional;$) - can bring a lunch pack
and/or tote in the boat if choosing to bring own picnic/snacks as well
as sweatshirt, sunhat, camera, etc.
· If
needed, dependable pet care is available as early as 7 am – contact
Emily (safe pet enclosure at cabin #47) – will walk/feed/play;
reasonable rate as she may have a few of our rally pets. Call to

On our return,
cross the parking lot to the
Rogue River Museum!
The
Port Hole Café
is nearby too if you’d like an early dinner.

re: fishing license, tackle, etc. – also excellent advice re: river
guides. The Forest Service has identified ocean viewpoints,
Arch Rock
&
Deer Point
as easy, not-to-miss trails in
Boardman State Scenic Corridor,
17-19 min. drive S. of Gold Beach. Low tide (1.9’) at 10:15 a.m. Check
out the
Myrtlewood Factory
(small tours welcome) and the
Gold Rush Center
art galleries.

4 p.m. happy hour/
5 p.m. potluck dinner – bring a side dish to serve 6 and your own meat
to BBQ (on clubhouse barbecue).

7 p.m. campfire.
